
Background
KFC Indonesia holds a real life event in stores country-wide, ‘Hot Bucket Challenge’ whereby customers can win prizes based on the quickest time it took them to finish eating 5 KFC chicken pieces.
KFC wants a mobile marketing campaign to generate buzz and awareness of the actual event happening in-store and to get users to virtually participate in the event through gamification, across multiple devices / screens.



CAMPAIGN
To tie-in with the actual experience of the in-store “Hot Bucket Challenge” competition, users have to feed the KFC colonel by tapping on the bucket within a limited time period. The quicker they finish the bucket, the higher their game score.
